Review
At first when I picked up this book, I wasn't really sure what to expect. In some ways I was expecting lots of sex high up in the sky in this place called the Indigo Lounge. When that didn't happen I scratched my head. I'll admit, I almost shut my kindle and didn't finish it, but the story intrigued me enough to continue.
Bethany Green has been through a tough time in her life. Her ex left her for another man and she can't stand her boss. The one thing that Bethany loves however is her job. Down on her luck, Bethany finds out that every year there is a chance to get an elusive invite onto the Indigo Lounge. What she never expects is to get an invite into the world that is meant for the rich and famous. Her best friend Keely has to practically drag her to the airport and order her to have a good time. Still unsure of herself Bethany steps into the check-in area and into the room that will change her life forever.
Zachary Savage has it all. Money, power, women, but he's not satisfied with what he has right now and women have become a boring task for him. That is until he makes a stop to refuel is plane in Newark. He wasn't supposed to be there when the Indigo Lounge flight was getting ready to depart, he wasn't supposed to be in the same room as Bethany Green, but the second he lays eyes on her, he's captivated. Zach does something he hasn't done in six years he approaches Bethany and follows her onto the IL determined to make Bethany his.
Bethany is reluctant to give in to Zach, Zach is determined to have Bethany in his bed. Two broken souls, one trip, and a secret big enough to rip her world apart, will Bethany and Zach find the happiness that they both crave?
This book pretty much took of running the second Zach laid eyes on Bethany and captured me up until the last page. The book took an interesting turn when instead of continuing on the journey on IL, Bethany gets off the plane and follows Zach to one of his homes in Marrachesh. Their relationship sizzles and burns through the pages, but with so many things unknown about Zach, it's interesting to see where their relationship will take them. Zach was intense, but he always showed Bethany how much he adored her and I wouldn't mind taking a trip on IL with him or even a trip anywhere. I give this book 4.5 stars and was a great start to this series.
