In My Arms- Book 1

He's deliciously handsome and completely arrogant. Exactly the last thing Ava needs on
her first night out following her bad breakup.

New to the Philadelphia area, Trevor is instantly taken with Ava's beauty and witty attitude. After
sharing an unexpected but amazing kiss, Trevor manages to stick his foot in his mouth and watches as
Ava walks out of his life before he has a chance to explain.

When the two unexpectedly cross paths again, they struggle with the undeniable chemistry between
them. Ava fights to keep it platonic, afraid to get hurt again, as Trevor sets out to change her mind.

With a little bit of humor, a lot of drama, sexual frustration, dancing and plenty of alcohol, Ava
realizes that Trevor just might actually be perfect for her.

A Part of Me- Book 2

You don't always need a chance at a new beginning. Sometimes you just need a chance at
a different ending.

Tom and Talia aren't strangers. They've been walking a tight rope of attraction since the day they met,
but after an accident rocks Tom's world to the core and changes it forever, he spirals into a free fall of
emotions. No longer the laid-back, happy guy, he now worries that he will never be enough for Talia.
After all, who could possibly love such a broken man?

Talia is a tenacious ER nurse by day and a fun-loving loyal friend and party girl by night. Her
developing feelings for Tom are put to the test after his accident as she fights to break through his
walls and show him how much she cares, even as he continues to build them back up, determined to
keep her out.

As Talia tries to take care of Tom, stronger feelings emerge for both, and neither of them will come
out untouched. Everything they thought they knew about themselves and each other will be put to
the test as they finally realize it isn't important how many times you fall down, but only how many
times you get back up.

Out of My Element- Book 3

"We are playing an entirely different game, Nick. While other girls might wait patiently
until you breakup with your many girlfriends, I can't. You see, I have been waiting all my life for
something real. And if this isn't real, no way am I spending another hour on waiting."

Nick has never allowed himself to get attached to a woman. While his friends were settling down, he
was having the time of his life, a womanizer with a heart of gold. Right up until Chelsea came into his
life. He was drawn to Chelsea from the first time he saw her ... well, actually it might have been the
second time, but it didn't take Nick long to realize he might be over his head and completely out of his
element.

Chelsea wrote Nick off after their first encounter, but soon she realizes she has found a good friend in
him. Falling for Nick was never Chelsea's intention, but sometimes even the best intentions prove to
be out of your control.

The closer Chelsea and Nick get, the more they push seem to make a mess of things. Can Nick figure
out how to have a healthy relationship before he loses Chelsea forever?

***This is a collection of three stories.  They are best read in the correct order to fully enjoy the stories of these friends.***

In the first story - In My Arms, Ava finds herself in the club with her best friend Talia on the one night she doesn't want to be out, the night after she caught her boyfriend with another woman on the couch.  While she doesn't want to be out, she does run into the most handsome man she has ever met, Trevor.  Trevor is new in town and wants a chance with Ava, but Ava is not looking for what he wants right now, which is a hookup.

Her ex Kyle shows up at the club and grabs Ava forcing Trevor to take action and remove him from her.  They find themselves on the dance floor and share a searing kiss.  Misunderstand ensues causing Ava to believe the kiss was for Kyle's benefit when it was actually one 100% real mind blowing kiss.

Ava moves on with her life hoping to forget Kyle, Trevor, and the kiss they shared.  Her hope is short lived come Monday morning when she discovers that her and Trevor will be working together. You would think they would instantly hook up right?  Don't let the looks of things deceive you.  Can Ava finally let go of her past enough  to let Trevor have a shot at being together?

In the second story - A Part of Me, continues on with Talia and one of Trevor's best friends Tom.  Talia is an ER trauma nurse.  She goes in on Friday expecting to have a normal day on the job, what she doesn't expect is to be faced with a car accident in which one of the victims almost dies.  That person?  Tom.  In the few weeks they have known one another, Talia and Tom have been fighting their attraction to one another.  They want to remain friends and are scared to cross the border of their friendship.

Talia is devastated when she discovers the patient is Tom.  Make matters worse he has a broken arm and had one lower limb amputated.  Talia does the one thing she knows she can for Tim and that is to request personal time off at work and move in the care for Tom.  Things seem to be going great between Talia and Tom.  They are great friends and Talia is doing the one thing she wants, helping Tom heal.  But when the lines of their friendship begin to cross over into deeper feelings coming to the surface, will Tom be able to come to terms with his attraction to Talia or will he be able to come to terms with losing one limb?

In the third story - Out of My Element, continues the story with Nick and Chelsea.  On the night of Trevor and Ava's wedding, Nick and Chelsea share and kiss and a dance not to soon be forgotten.  Nick asks Chelsea to come home with him, you would think 'Oh good their going home together'... WRONG.  No sooner does Chelsea turn her back, but Nick is at the bar with his next girl to hook up with.

Chelsea is devastated and glad she didn't turn her virginity over to a man who would be so careless with it.  It's not until weeks later when out to lunch they go out to lunch with Trevor and Ava does he remember her and that night he had too much to drink.  Nick knows he messed up, and with some help from his friends asks her out on a date.  Everything goes great until Chelsea heads home to find her apartment building on fire.   With no where else to go, she turns to Nick for a place to stay.  Problem?  When she shows up his flavor of the week is being pulled into his apartment.

Once again Chelsea is left devastated.  But fate is on their side, and Chelsea ends up moving in with Nick.  But when one of Nick's soccer team members decides to show interest in Chelsea can he really continue to deny the feelings he shares for her?  Can he change his ways of the past and give Chelsea the attention she deserves?

I loved these three stories.  They were all about different couples, but they all tied together which made the story not only work, but you get to read about the other couples in the second and third book.  These were an easy light afternoon read that was very entertaining.  My favorite guy would have to be Nick because he was just such a funny guy with all his jokes.  I give it 4.5 stars!

***ARC provided by author in exchange for a honest review***

I discovered my love for books at an early age, spending many hours lost in someone else’s story.
It wasn’t until well into adult hood that I discovered, late at night while the house was quiet, that I had just as many stories inside me just waiting to be let out. Writing has been a way for me to step away from reality and live a bit through my fun and sometimes damaged characters. You will almost always find a Happy Ever After at the end of my stories. I can’t help it, it’s an addiction.
I’m a Southwestern girl living a Mid-Atlantic life with my husband of seventeen years and two incredible daughters who inspire me daily. I am proud to be an advocate for my child with autism, and feel incredibly blessed to be able to see the world through her eyes. She teaches me more than I could ever teach her.
I enjoy reading, writing and spending time with my family, but cherish those quiet nights after everyone is asleep when I can curl up on the couch with my fifteen year old dog (Shh, don’t tell…He’s not supposed to be on the couch.)
Keep an eye out for more from me!
