Oh holy hotness this is one of the sexiest stories I have read so far this year. This book is a continuation of Birthday Wishes - The List Book 1. If you have not read the first book you will need to go back and read it first to fully understand this story.

Mari and Luca have abandoned their original idea of the list and and no strings attached sex. Luca and Mari have decided to still explore, but they've given up the idea of just having a relationship that is all about sex. They both agree that they want more, but Luca wants more than what Mari is willing to give. She's still scared to give him because of what her marriage did to her. Luca does all he can to prove to Mari that a life living together would be wonderful. He's attentive, caring, and points out to her that they are pretty much doing what they would do if they were already living together, just without the weekend only barrier in their current relationship.

Even Mari's family and her best friend love Luca. Mari's mother thinks they should move in together and Luca even admits to her mother that he's in love with Mari. Mari knows she feels the same way in her heart but she can't seem to tell Luca how she feels. She's not sure about anything but when they are together the entire world melts away and all that exists to her is Luca and the pleasure he can bring her. Even when they bring her best friend into the picture for one hot incredible night, it doesn't hurt their relationship but bring them closer together.

Can Mari finally let go of the past and take a chance with Luca? I LOVED this installment in this series. It was short and only left me wanting more. It was hot, it was sexy, and makes me wish more men were like Luca. He's passionate, sexy as hell, and a gentleman to Mari and other women at all times. I CANNOT wait to read the next book in this series, my only complaint? 2014 is too long to wait!!! 5 hot and steamy stars!
