3:AM Kisses by Addison Moore, Review & Giveaway

Baya Brighton is looking forward to her first year at Whitney Briggs University, new friends, dorm life, and finally being close to her brother again. Love is the last thing on the list, but when Baya meets her brother’s roommate she begins to have thoughts and feelings that make even her blush.

Bryson Edwards has a secret he prefers buried in the past and long forgotten. He prefers loose girls, fast cars, and long nights working at the string of bars his family owns. When his roommate’s sister shows up on the scene, she’s far too innocent and sweet for him but he can’t shake Baya out of his mind and worse, it looks like she’s seeping into his heart as well.

Baya seems determined to show her brother she’s not a little kid and equally determined to use Bryson’s body to prove her point. It’s been made pretty clear that Baya is off limits to Bryson but their undeniable sparks explode into a whole lot more than just a few 3:AM KISSES.

A few months ago I discovered a great author, Addison Moore.  When I first read Someone To Love I fell in love with her writing.  I have since gone on to read Solitude of Passion which was a great novel, but 3:AM Kisses surpassed them both.

Baya Brighton is finally following in her late father's footsteps and her older brother Cole's as well by attending Whitney Briggs University.  Right from the start, Baya makes an impression on Bryson Edwards when her "twins" literally fall out of her tube top and give Bryson a front row view of her assets.  Unfazed, Bryson offers to help Baya up to her room where she discovers her bad day is about to get even worse when she discovers her new roommate Jeanie getting it on with some dude in the dorm room.  Ushering her from the room as fast as he can, he helps Baya locate her brother Cole in a building across the street.  He leads her upstairs and unlocks the door thinking that Bryson has brought her there to learn some moves she just saw Jeanie using in her room.  Unknown to her, Bryson is Cole's rommate and Cole is not the innocent man she thought he was when her emerges from the room with not one but two women.  To make matters worse, Bryson and Cole keep track of their conquests with tally marks on the wall.

Still reeling from what she sees on her first day on campus, Baya returns to her room only to leave again when her roommate has yet another man in the room.  Having no where to go and not wanting to go back to her brother after what she witnessed, she ends up at a party in which she sees Bryson again.  Bryson knows he should stay away from her because she's not only Cole's younger sister, but because she makes him feel things inside that he doesn't want to feel and the fact that she reveals she's a virgin.  Baya can't help but be drawn to Bryson who has helped her out and is about to help her again by saving her from the party and taking her to work at one of the bars his family owns.  When she finally has enough of her roommate and bolts from the room to stay on Cole's couch how long will it be before their attraction to one another explodes?

Their attraction continues to grow, but will Baya be able to convince Bryson that she deserves more than the 3:AM kisses he gives her outside the bar?  Can she convince him that she's worth taking the risk with?  Will Bryson be able to let go of a past that has forced him to bury his pain in a long stream of women?

I absolutely loved Baya.  Her personality and the way she carried herself was a great journey to watch as she navigated through her first year at college.  Trying to get away from the good girl image her brother portrayed her as and show Bryson that she's a girl who can handle a man with his kind of experience.  This book captured my attention and had me reading and laughing all day long and was so great that I will not keep it on my Kindle to read one day again in the future.  I also loved the other characters in this story and am really looking forward to the next book, November can't get here soon enough.  I give this book 5 stars!
